After finishing an immensely popular six-week program on June 4th, 2020, which offered free live guided meditations four times a week, we are excited to bring you another six-week program to take your mindfulness practice to the next level!

  • What it is: A six-week modular program covering different mindfulness topics each week. 

  • How it works: Each module is kicked off in a live, instructor-led, 30 minutes session. When you register, we will send you a link to the Zoom meeting along with the workbook and guided meditation. 

  • What's expected: For each weekly module, we recommend that you spend at least 20 minutes per day on the exercises, activities, and the short guided meditation. 

  • How much it costs: Our mindfulness classes are always free. We are committed to the well-being of our peer students globally and want to encourage adoption of mindfulness practices.
